Annual Flower Research at Bluegrass Lane
About
Our program was created in response to numerous queries from the New York industry. Every summer, we welcome both new and familiar companies to submit plant products to be trialed and evaluated. Entries are planted in the early summer at Bluegrass Lane Research site, and are maintained by students and staff.
Data and photographs are collectly bi-weekly throughout the summer. Results are presented online and are available to the industry, participating companies and the public. The Bluegrass Lane Research site also serves as a learning laboratory for Dr. Miller's Herbaceous Plant Materials class and several industry conferences.
