15-June: needs water; 30-June: needs lots of space, leaf damage- holes, Japanese beetle damage to leaves; 15-July: some insect damage to leaves; 30-Jul: crowded, poor flowers; 15-Aug: crowded but good, flowers don't look good; 30-Aug: red stems nice, really taking off, good for late season.
