Be Green Organic Yards NY initiative The goal of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation's new Be Green Organic Yards NY initiative is to foster organic management of yards, trees and ornamentals in the State. Qualified course providers who offer Be Green training and trained yard care companies can apply to DEC to enter a license agreement to use a special logo when they offer Be Green organic yard management courses and services.
