Cornell Soil Health Manual

This manual was developed to serve as a resource on soil health in the northeast, to provide information specific to the new Cornell Soil Health Test (background, methodologies, soil sampling protocol, and report interpretation) and suggested management strategies for improving soil health. This manual is still a work in progress. It is anticipated that revised editions will be published as needed.
It may be downloaded as a single pdf file (5.26 MB) or individual sections may be downloaded separately as outlined in the table of contents. The latter is suggested for those with dial-up or slower internet connection capabilities.

Revision History
This section lists the small yet significant changes made between editions and are indicated by the third number listed in the addition. (In this case Edition 1.2 became Edition 1.2.1). Please either make this change directly on the hardcopy if you have Edition 1.2 or print the corrected pages listed below.

Cornell Soil Health Assessment Training Manual Edition 1.2.1
