The results of the vegetable variety and cultural practice experiments conducted in 2003 are presented in these web pages. The studies were conducted at the Homer C. Thompson Research Farm in Freeville, N.Y., and the Cornell Willsboro Farm in Willsboro, N.Y., as indicated in the text and tables. The 2003 growing season could be described as cooler than the past five years. April, May and June had average rainfall then the rest of the year rainfall was above average. Weather data for the season are summarized in the 2003 Weather Report.
