The results of the vegetable variety and cultural practice experiments conducted in 2002 are presented in these web pages. The studies were conducted at the Homer C. Thompson Research Farm in Freeville, N.Y., and the Cornell Willsboro Farm in Willsboro, N.Y., as indicated in the text and tables. The 2002 growing season could be described as having a cold spring and warmer temperatures in July, August and September compared to the last five years. Weather data for the season are summarized in the 2002 Weather Report.
