is a new series of informational bulletins from Cornell Cooperative Extension designed to help consumers choose New York State grown fruits and vegetables in season and incorporate them into a healthy diet. The series is developed and written by Anu Rangarajan, Ph.D. (Assistant Professor, Statewide Specialist, Fresh Market Vegetable Production, Department of Horticulture), Jennifer L. Wilkins, Ph.D., R.D. (Senior Extension Associate, Division of Nutritional Sciences), and Victoria Zeppelin (Program Assistant, Department of Horticulture).
