We bought a house about 10 years ago on an acre of land that was just one big swath of grass. Over the years we have done considerable landscaping, adding a front porch, a back deck, arbor and swing, water garden, shade arbor, outdoor fireplace, vegetable garden, tree house and rocket ship.

Now much of our attention is focused on our "back forty" where Allison's Acres strawberry patch is located, and where we've installed a pond, hiking/skiing trails, and built a couple of sheds.
